WHAT can be returned?
Any Item can be returned as long as they are found to be defective or not as advertised as in accordance with NSW Fair Trading. We do not offer refunds on products returned do to a changing of the purchasers mind.
We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on products damaged due to usage or wear and tear. Skateboard related products are normally used in a rough and unpredicatable manner so we will not refund a product that has been broken due to skate usage.
We do offer product exchanges for items with alternatives available in stock up too the same value of the original purchase. For example if you were to purchase a large tee shirt we would exchange that product for a medium tee shirt as long as it was up to and did not exceed the original purchase value and was in the same condition as originally purchased.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The purchaser has up to 14 days to exchange a product for an alternative of the same value as long as the product is as new and not used or damaged in anyway.

Please return products to Shop 2, 49-53 N Steyne, Manly, Nsw, 2095.
HOW do customers return items?
In order to be eligable for a refund the purchaser needs suficient proof of purchase.
SHIPPING for returns?
If you return a product via a shipping method and your product is found not to fit the criteria of a refund than the cost of shipping becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
